What is CBAM?
The EU’s Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) is the EU’s tool to put a fair price on the carbon emitted during the production of carbon intensive goods that are entering the EU, and to encourage cleaner industrial production in non-EU countries.
Compliance Phases
- Transitional Phase (2023-25):
Importers must report emissions embedded in their goods but do not face financial obligations yet.
- Full Implementation (2026 onwards):
Importers will need to purchase CBAM certificates and pay carbon taxes, which reflect the carbon price difference between the EU’s Emissions Trading System (ETS) and the carbon price in the exporting country.
Sectors Covered:
CBAM compliance is a mandatory requirement for all EU importers and covers six sectors:
How it works?
Our focus lies on accurate assessment and reporting of carbon emissions as per the CBAM Guidelines. We also help the companies to identify carbon emission reduction strategies to minimize the future carbon tax implications (starting from the year 2026). We strive to submit the report within 15 days of receipt of the required data.

What is BRSR?
BRSR (Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting), introduced by SEBI in 2021, replaces BRR to mandate ESG disclosures for India’s top 1,000 listed companies. It aligns with global standards like GRI and SASB, ensuring transparency, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder trust.
How it works?
We help businesses prepare and submit their BRSR Reports as per the requirements set by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). It entails three types of disclosures namely General Disclosures, Management and Process Disclosures, and Performance Disclosures. It covers nine principles outlined in the National Guidelines on Responsible Business Conduct (NGRBC). Aligned with this, we collect and analyze the data related to environmental impacts, social practices, and governance policies.

The reports are prepared annually for each financial year and require seamless data collection throughout the year. We ensure timely submission, so your business remains compliant and avoids any penalties.

What is Carbon Neutrality?
Carbon neutrality, or net zero carbon emissions, means balancing the amount of carbon dioxide emitted with an equivalent amount of carbon removal or offsetting. This is achieved through a combination of reducing emissions and investing in initiatives that compensate for the remaining carbon output, ultimately resulting in a net-zero carbon footprint.
How it works?
We help businesses achieve Carbon Neutrality by providing comprehensive strategies and reporting solutions. We guide your business through every step of this journey, ensuring that your emissions are accurately measured, reduced, and offset. The first step entails Emissions Assessment & Reporting wherein the emissions are assessed within the defined emission scopes (Scope 1, Scope 2 & Scope 3) and organizational boundaries. The assessments are carried out following the internationally recognized standards such as GHG Protocol, ISO 14064 etc.

The GHG emissions reports are usually prepared annually and require data collection throughout the year. To ensure accurate and seamless data collection, we design data collection formats which are customizable and easy to interpret. Based on the emissions report, we identify the Customized Carbon Reduction Strategies and help to develop a Roadmap for carbon neutrality with annual targets and strategies.

What do sustainability certifications signify?
Sustainability certifications are third-party verifications that recognize a company’s efforts to meet specific environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards. These certifications are awarded after a company demonstrates compliance with sustainable practices, such as reducing its carbon footprint, improving resource efficiency, and ensuring ethical business practices.
How it works?
We help businesses achieve and maintain recognized sustainability certifications that reflect a strong commitment to environmental responsibility, social impact, and corporate transparency. Our specialization includes leading sustainability certifications such as International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC), Eco Vadis etc.

We provide continuous support in the entire certification process covering registration, pre-audit, audit and post-audit phases. We provide a clear, customized roadmap that outlines each step required to achieve your sustainability certifications, ensuring that you stay on track. Besides, we conduct team training to develop capacities about the certification process, data management and best practices.
