About
Shailesh is a first-generation entrepreneur and director at Social Lab, which he has spent the last several years building into a consulting organisation focused on EPR compliance in India. He looks after the plastic business and the EPR initiative, and is a co-founder of 3R Solutions.
His work centres on EPR and plastic-packaging compliance, the circular economy, MSMEs and CBAM reporting — and he is a regular voice on how India’s EPR framework is evolving, from PWM rule changes and geographic neutrality to ease-of-doing-compliance. He speaks at industry forums such as the Plastics Recycling Show India.
Before Social Lab he spent six years at Tata Consultancy Services, and he holds a Master’s in Social Entrepreneurship from TISS and completed the Cornell–Maharashtra (Maha60) accelerator.
