You’re a Producer under Plastic Packaging EPR if…
Manufacturers of plastic packaging (rigid, flexible, multi-layered, compostable), including contract manufacturers making packaging on behalf of brands.
Producers: all sizes must register. Brand Owners: only medium & large enterprises — micro & small are exempt. There is no other exemption based on B2B/B2C or industrial/retail supply.

What Plastic Packaging EPR covers
The scope you register and report against as a Producer.
Bottles, caps, drums, containers and other rigid plastic packaging.
