You’re a Recycler under Battery EPR if…
Companies that process waste batteries and recover metals; register with both CPCB and their State PCB and generate EPR Certificates by weight of metal recovered and sold.
All batteries are covered, regardless of chemistry, shape, size or brand. Producers, recyclers and refurbishers must register; dealers, distributors and consumers are not required to register.
