You’re a Refurbisher under Battery EPR if…
Companies that repair/repurpose used batteries (e.g. old EV packs into stationary storage) and generate EPR Certificates on the portal.
All batteries are covered, regardless of chemistry, shape, size or brand. Producers, recyclers and refurbishers must register; dealers, distributors and consumers are not required to register.
