You’re a Producer under ELV EPR if…
Any vehicle OEM, brand owner or importer selling vehicles under their own brand in India. If your brand is on the vehicle, you are a Producer, and register with CPCB on the portal.
Producers (any vehicle OEM, brand owner or importer selling vehicles under their own brand) register with CPCB. Bulk Consumers (any entity owning more than 100 vehicles — fleet operators, State Transport Undertakings, large corporates) register with the State PCB. Excluded: agricultural tractors, trailers, combine harvesters and power tillers.
