EPR Certificate Management
Track, validate and reconcile your EPR certificates across the year so fulfilment is always audit-ready.
EPR Certificate Management
EPR certificate management is the ongoing tracking, validation and reconciliation of the certificates you hold or acquire against your obligation on the CPCB portal. It ensures certificates are valid, correctly attributed and sufficient to close your target. We maintain your certificate ledger and flag gaps before they become shortfalls.
How we handle it, step by step
We compile all certificates held and attributed to your account.
We verify each certificate’s source and portal status.
We compare holdings to your obligation and flag shortfalls early.
We reconcile certificates to your return at filing time.

EPR Certificate Management — questions we get
Why manage certificates actively?
Certificates must be valid, correctly attributed and sufficient at the time you file, and passive holding can leave gaps unnoticed. Active management surfaces shortfalls while there is time to act. We maintain a live ledger for this reason.
Can certificates expire or become invalid?
Validity depends on the certificate being properly generated by a registered recycler and correctly recorded on the portal, per the current rules. Issues can arise if a counterparty’s status changes. We verify status so invalid credits do not undermine your fulfilment.
How do certificates tie to my return?
At filing, your certificates must reconcile to the obligation declared in your return. Discrepancies can trigger queries or compensation. We reconcile the two before you file.
