- C&D Waste Rules, 2025
- Construction and demolition waste is stored separately on your own premises and handled under its own rules, not the solid waste rules.

Who has to file BRSR in Andhra Pradesh?
BRSR is mandatory for the top 1,000 listed companies in India by market capitalisation — so any such listed entity headquartered or operating in Andhra Pradesh must file it with its annual report. Unlisted and smaller companies increasingly prepare a voluntary BRSR-aligned report because their customers, lenders or parent groups ask for it.
Does my Andhra Pradesh business need a carbon / GHG inventory?
